We are a small house of chefs, sommeliers and event directors who believe a meal can carry the weight of an entire occasion — and should.
AKZ was founded on a simple conviction: that event catering should be indistinguishable from the finest restaurant cooking. Our menus are written for each client, our produce is sourced from growers we know by name, and our service is rehearsed until it disappears into the evening.
From a forty-guest wedding in a family garden to a two-thousand-cover gala, the standard does not move.

On the day itself, you will not see us work. You will simply notice that everything is exactly as it should be.
